This session was relaxing through the whole time. I tried to hit a finale but just couldn't. Rubber Boy's shirt was too relaxing, it's a coin flip if it relaxes me or arouses me. I've been struggling today with hip pain so to no surprise it relaxed me. After 4 runs I called the session, as you can see I pay very close attention to safety. I was getting too relaxed feeling and called a safety stop. Between it being too relaxing and my hip hurting there was just no getting excited today. Still a fun session and RubberBoy's shirt is always yummy! Run1 was the only run that made the 3 minute mark which I see as the benchmark for a good rebreathing run. Mind you intensity of the run can make hitting 3 minutes impossible as was the case with Runs 2 3 and 4, 4 being the most intense!
